At UpShore Agency, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.
1. Service-Specific Refunds
Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the agreement in place. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request, and the service in question must be eligible under our refund policy. Services that have already been rendered or where work has commenced may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
